A CRM for machine dealers that never makes you wait.

Customers, branches, machines, deals and service jobs in one place. Data appears in about a tenth of a second, and your own software can use the same API.

Your connection to TerraLogic, measured just now

–ms

Our server and database need about 20 to 40 ms of that. The rest is the distance to the nearest Cloudflare city.

Everything a dealer works with, nothing a dealer does not.

Start with CRM Basic and add what you sell: deals, service jobs, or both. Every person sees only the parts you give them.

Fast is measured here, not promised.

We time the real product on a real dealer's data, from Athens, on an ordinary connection. Reload the page and the number at the top measures yours.

17–42ms

Typical server time per request, database included: the median of 12 requests for each screen we measured.

115–140ms

Typical time from a click in Athens to a full page of 50 customers: server, network and 37 KB of data.

115ms

To search a real dealer's 900 customers by name and show the result.

Close to you

The app and its pages are served from Cloudflare's network, in a city near the person using them.

Close to the data

The code that talks to the database runs in the same German region as the database, so each request does not travel back and forth.

Never everything at once

Lists load a page at a time and pickers search as you type. A map with thousands of customers shows clusters and opens up as you zoom.

Nothing waits for email or sync

Slow jobs such as email and ERP sync run in the background, not while you wait.

This page: 52 KB over the wire, fonts included, no tracking scripts. Measured on 23 October 2026 against savvakis.terralogic.app: 12 requests per screen, median shown, from a home connection in Athens. Your numbers depend on your connection.

Modern parts, chosen to stay out of your way.

TerraLogic runs on Cloudflare and PostgreSQL, the same building blocks used by much larger software.

Cloudflare Workers
No servers to patch and none to run out of capacity. TerraLogic runs where your people are.
PostgreSQL
A proven database with point-in-time restore for 7 days and a snapshot every night.
One open API
The screens you use are built on the same API you get. Connect a website, a report or a machine.
Live call pop-ups
When a customer rings, their record opens on the right person's screen at once.
One workspace per company
Each company works at its own address, for example yourcompany.terralogic.app.
Your language, your words
Rename assets, stages and statuses to the words your team already uses.

Your customers are yours.

Dealers hold prices, contracts and customer lists. We treat that as the most valuable thing in the system.

One company per workspace
Every record belongs to exactly one company. Automated tests keep trying to read one company's data from another: all of them pass.
People see what you decide
Roles and modules decide who opens what, down to Insights, deals and jobs.
Nothing is lost quietly
Two people editing one record never overwrite each other, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
Records stored in the EU
Your customer records live in a database in Frankfurt, Germany, with a 7 day restore window and daily snapshots.
Sign-in you control
Invitations and password resets go by email, and ending a person's access takes effect within 30 seconds.
Yours to take with you
Your data is available through the open API, so you can always take it with you.

Technicians get the job, not the whole CRM.

A technician signs in and sees My jobs: the address, the machine, the history and the report to fill in. Photos and signatures stay with the job. A native iPhone app for technicians is in development.

Something else? If it has an API, it can talk to TerraLogic. We build connectors for the systems our customers use.

From first call to first login in three steps.

  1. Tell us how you sell

Your stages, your regions, your product groups, your words. We set the workspace up to match.

  2. We bring your data in

Customers, contacts, machines and branches come across from your ERP or spreadsheets, checked with you.

  3. Your team logs in

Everyone gets an invitation to yourcompany.terralogic.app and sees the parts their role allows.

Pay for the parts you use.

Pricing follows the modules you switch on and the people who use them. Tell us about your team and we will send a clear quote.

Ask for a quote
  • CRM Basic for everyone who needs customers and calls
  • Sales for the people who work deals
  • Field service for the people who do jobs
  • Switch parts on or off whenever your business changes

Questions dealers ask.

Where is my data stored?

Customer records are in a PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt, Germany. The application runs on Cloudflare's network, and job photos are kept in Cloudflare's storage.

Can I bring my customers and machines from our ERP?

Yes. TerraLogic already synchronises customers, machines, branches and items with SoftOne. For other systems we agree an import or a connector with you.

What happens when a customer phones us?

With a phone system that sends call events (we have connected Modulus), the customer's record opens on the right person's screen, and the call is logged against the customer.

Does it work on a phone?

Technicians get their own native phone app, which is in development. The web app itself is built for desktop screens.

Can we leave and take our data?

Yes. Your data is available through the open API, and we help you export it.

Which languages does it speak?

The product speaks English. You can rename the words that matter to your business, such as assets, stages and statuses.

Show us how you sell. We will show you the rest.

Tell us a little about your company. We reply personally to arrange a demo that fits how you sell.
